Ruth recounts the major initiatives undertaken during her presidency, including the improvement of alumnae relations and programming, the establishment of the Golden Circle program, and the revision of the Tri Delta Constitution.

Sara also discusses some of the major initiatives she oversaw, including expanding the field secretary program, restoring the graduate counselor program, and the recolonization of Alpha Chapter at Boston University.
