This memo was sent out by Eileen Blain Rudolph (EBR) Scholar Award Chairman Pam Hicks, Franklin College, asking the collegiate chapter scholarship chairmen to fill out and return the attached form in order to give the EBR Award to the junior class member who has attained the highest cumulative GPA at the end of her junior year.
