Chairman Gwen Morgan Johnson, Washington State University, writes to alumnae chapter presidents explaining that the Eileen Blain Rudolph Scholarship Awards are being presented for the fifth consecutive year. The collegiate chapter member with the highest cumulative grade point average at the end of her junior year will be awarded a gold charm at her chapter's Founders' Day celebration.
