Gwendolyn Smith Wynn, Auburn, writes to Jeremy D. Popkin and congratulates him on being selected as a 2000-2001 Tri Delta Fellow of the National Humanities Center. Gwenn then provides a brief history on the Fraternity as well as the Fellowship.
