J. Irwin Miller of the National Humanities Center writes to Phyllis Jean Hunt Gaines, California, Los Angeles, expressing his gratitude and honor that Tri Delta has given them the responsibility of caring for their centennial garden. Miller also states how sorry he was for not being able to stay for the dedication.
