Today's chapter homes can be lodges, suites, townhouses, dormitories, or houses. Some chapters meet in classrooms on campus. A number of the facilities are owned by the university and rented to the chapter. At many universities, a local house corporation owns the house. Some properties belong to the National House Corporation and are managed by Park Street Properties. But each facility is a special place that the chapter's members call "home."
