This white porcelain plate features two gold bands bordering a wide blue band. The Tri Delta coat of arms is painted in gold on one side of the saucer, and three overlapping gold deltas are painted on the other. The initials and date "J.E.F. June 1921" are handwritten in gold lettering on the bottom of the saucer.
