This Stars and Crescent badge belonged to Jessie Lichtenberger, Millikin University.
This badge consists of three stars, crown set with pearls, within a gold crescent of three hundred degrees bearing three deltas in black enamel. Attached is a Delta Epsilon Chapter guard with an additional 15 pearls.
