Tri Delta purchased land for the Brookhollow Plaza Drive Executive Office in Arlington, Texas, in 1982, and a Gene Lam of Wharton and Lam Architects, designed the new building. They moved into the new building on December 27, 1985, and dedicated the office on April 13, 1986.
