When Phi Delta Chapter moved into its new chapter home in 1976, the chapter was assisted by an army of "Delta Dudes," fathers, husbands, and friends of Tri Deltas who moved, painted, and repaired to get the chapter into its home in time for recruitment. They were given special Delta Dude T-shirts as a thank you.
